Stroke and Aphasia Survivor and recovery, which led me to Whole Foods Plant-Based (WFPB) eating patterns to solve (medical) problems. I’m getting better, unfortunately slowly, but you have to deal with it until I’m healed. So if you aren’t cool with that… oh well, I tried. 

I proudly choose to be Vegan and it’s a Lifestyles… and Bunch of Life Stuff.

– I do plan to live past 150+ years young 🤩 (healthspan, NOT lifespan😉).

– I don’t smoke🚭😤 

– I drink occasionally with my friends one or two alcoholic beverages, once or twice every SIX months, but I know it’s bad for my health😤 

– I’m not a bad person🙅🏻‍♀️ and I have good values

– I’m well-educated 

– I am a high-caliber, more mature and experienced man.

– I can cook

– Drawing focus to the foundations of VCs/startups (Venture Capital), science and nutrition that underpin my worldview. This passion grew deeper observing how eating patterns around the world affected both the health of human populations, the environment and animal cruelty in which food is raised. Make the connection. 

– I’m calling all the passionate lifestyle enthusiasts, I’m WFPB eating habits and vegan lifestyle. 

– I’m proudly vegan by choice, and WFPB (SOS* free) is the optimal choice for human’s food, so I’m doing both! (truly delicious and nutritious and help the environment).
I started the Green Impact Ventures fund, with my partners, in plant-based nutrition, environment and animal rights.

Eventual long-term goal of mine:

Extreme tax on animal agriculture in all advanced nations, with the all purpose of getting rid of animal agriculture. For my part, I will do the WFPB nutrition and plant-based VC since I’m not a politician. Hah.

Again, so you don’t get surprised, again:

I have stroke and aphasia due to my omnivore habits (which is bad), but it’s getting really BETTER and I’m slowly healing, but you have to deal with it until I’m healed. This is why I started down the Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle (in honor of my late Mother) and to heal me. Get inside of it and OWN IT!

Work or career are excellent, but doesn’t matter in terms of our lives, but work will be helpful if you would understand my “passion work” for our future and to do it for the children and the planet.

– That includes, sleep, exercise, and WFPB eating till we 150 years young, career/meditation/breathing exercises/fasting/ and, of course, fun and happiness.😁 Enjoy your time, Have fun and Do your best!

Sleep is one thing (6 – 8 hours a night), but eating WFPB nutrition will always eat healthier, but also clean up the environment crisis and stop the horrible things we do to end animal cruelty, as well.
